1.) How do I come up with the wording for my invitations?
Check out our Invitation Verses link, located at the top of our site. This will give you a list we have compiled of various sayings and verses for your invitations by theme or category.
If you would like to submit an original saying please email info@thepinkseaturtle.com and we will review your idea.
2.) What if I want to Return or Exchange my order?
In order for us to keep our prices low, many of the unprinted orders are shipped directly from the manufacturers and therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the product, ALL UNPRINTED PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL.
However, if you received your order and the printing does not match the proof you signed off on, or there is a printing error, you may contact Customer Service within 3 business days. This order will be top priority and we will do our best to reprint and send them back to you as soon as possible at no additional expense to you.
If you receive an order where there is a customer error, we will be happy to reprint the order to the customer’s satisfaction. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the reprinted order as well as shipping.
4.) How do I make a change to my order after it has been submitted online?
You have 24 hours to contact us regarding a change to your order. However, you will incur a $10.00 change fee and additional turnaround time. You may contact customer service to request a change. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE 24 HOURS AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.
5.) Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not ship internationally. You may purchase from an international address and have the order shipped to somewhere in the United States.

6.) How many invitations should I order?
In our experience, if you are ordering for a wedding you should always order 20-30 extra invitations. This accounts for any last minute invites or errors.
If you are ordering for everyday invitations or announcements we recommend 10-20 additional invitations.
7.) What if I need to order more invitations once my order has been processed?
When ordering additional invitations we consider this the same as a new order. All processing, shipping times and costs are the same. Our in-house processing requires new set-up and printing, since we do not keep that information in our database. However, we do keep your customer information and invitation purchase history, so you may log in and go right to that order and place a reorder without having to go through our entire site again.
8.) What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept PayPal, Personal Checks or Business Checks.
9.) Do the invitations come with printing instructions?
No. Our invitations do not come with printing instructions, because we carry such a large variety of invitations which all have different specifications.
Most of our invitations can be printed at home, however, in our experience if you are not experienced in printing invitations, it can become more costly trying to get the printing right, which also requires more time. Most of our invitations have additional special printing due to their shape, material, and embellishments.
10.) The invitations I selected require assembly, do you offer assembly?
The Pink Sea Turtle can pre-assemble your invitations for a nominal cost. There will be an option at checkout, should you wish to have them assembled ahead of time.
